Bullet Speaker
This is a bluetooth enabled speaker with a wooden structure and a plastic shell. It’s a two way crossover design and doesn’t require an external amplifier though I could always build a set of passive ones without a built in amp. The belts, visible from the outside, are supposed to drive a mechanical iris which closes the drivers off, this serves no functional purpose, I just wanted to challenge myself on my technical skills.
All the technical parts such as the gears and bearings were tactically engineerd as to make them invisible when looking from the outside while still being able to seal the speaker off perfectly. All the wires for the drivers are neatly hidden within the wooden legs. At the back of the speaker you can find a passive radiator installed on the box of the woofer.
